Duranto Express to stop at Kanpur station from today

ALLAHABAD: The new railway time table will come into effect from October 1. As per the new time table the timing of many trains passing in North Central Railway region has been changed. Several trains including New Delhi-Gaya Mahabodhi Express, Varanasi-Okha Express, New Delhi-Howrah Poorva Express, Anand Vihar-Kanpur Express and others have been speeded up.Besides, end to end stoppage Duranto Express has been given an additional stoppage at Kanpur station.
New Delhi-Gaya Mahabodhi Express ( 12398) has been speeded up by about 15 minutes over NCR region, while weekly Varanasi-Okha Express (19570) has been speeded up by 2 hours and 55 minutes. Weekly Kanpur-Anand Vihar Express (14151) has been speeded up by about 40 minutes. Besides, MEMU 64153 Kanpur-Etawah will leave kanpur at 6:35 am instead of 7:15 am and will reach Etawah at 9:30 am instead of 10:25 am. MEMU 64168 Aligarh-Palwal will leave Aligarh at 4:40 pm instead of 4:30 am.
The change in timings of the above trains will come into effect from October 1 onwards. Passenger trains Jhansi-Banda and Banda-Manikpur will run as a single train, Jhansi-Manikpur, from October 1.
In addition to this, end to end stoppage Duranto Express train has been given stoppages at Kanpur station. Sealdah-New Delhi Duranto Express will arrive at Kanpur station at 6:20 am and this train in down direction will reach Kanpur station at about 00:29 am. Howrah-New Delhi Duranto Express will arrive at Kanpur station at 00:50 am and this train in down direction will reach Kanpur station at about 5:48 pm. Bhubneshwar-New Delhi Duranto Express will arrive at Kanpur station at 6:20 am and this train in down direction will reach Kanpur station at about 00:29 am.
Nizamuddin-Secundrabad Duranto Express will reach Jhansi at 5:45 am and in down direction it will reach Jhansi at about 8:27 pm. Chennai-Nizamuddin Duranto Express will arrive at Jhansi station at 5:45 am and in down direction it will reach Jhansi at 8:27 pm.
Puri-Haridwar Utkal Express (18477) has also been given additional stoppage at Kosikalan at 12:25 pm.
